Services
The time we spend together shooting your photos is only a small part of the time that goes into your final product. Hours are spent selecting, editing and retouching your photos so that you look your best. Every photo shoot comes with detailed post processing which includes: Fine-tuned contrast, color, levels/exposure and cropping to your specifications.
The rate for your shoot will vary depending on location, lighting and time. A basic shoot for headshots and portraits shot outdoors with natural light starts at $450 . Your shoot time is approximately 2-hours and includes a few wardrobe changes and location/background changes. Please contact me with the details of your shoot to receive a quote.
Included in this package: 2 edited and retouched full resolution jpg files and a link to download all the full sized jpg’s from your shoot.
STUDIO SESSIONS:
Studio photo sessions with hi-end strobes and your choice of backgrounds. The costs vary depending on your needs. Contact me to discuss your project!
*Actors and corporate shoots: Your headshot session includes a phone consultation focusing on capturing the best shots to market yourself.
- Additional retouching is available at $80 per hour editing time. Simple retouches take 20-30 mins per photo.
- Proofs available online five working days after your shoot. Rush proofs are available.
- Additional fee for travel outside San Francisco

Event Photography – Starting at $1,000
Every event I photograph has its own unique energy special story. My goal is to capture that energy and that story, and translate it into beautiful images that you can use to not only promote future events but to also promote the energy of your brand.
Every event shoot includes the following:
- A consultation to go over your timeline and any ‘must-have’ photos.
- A full or half day of shooting
- All images will be fine-tuned for contrast, color, exposure, cropping and select special artistic edits.
- The images will be delivered in both hi-resolution print files and smaller web optimized files for posting online.
- All of the the web-quality images from the event will be hosted on a customized proof site and will be available to all participants and guests to view and download.
- Proofs are delivered in one week. (Rush delivery is available)

Location/Architecture
Whether you’re selling your home or showcasing your location or designs, the images you choose should showcase the drama, charm and appeal of your location.
All location and architecture shoots can include:
- A complimentary scouting trip to determine the best time of day for light and traffic.
- Online proofing
- HDR (High Dynamic Resolution Imaging) to bring out the subtle tones and textures.
A photograph is a moment frozen in time, forever. It allows the viewer to study every aspect of it. For that reason, every photograph you see in every magazine and advertisement has had some work done.
The photo packages I offer include simple retouching on a select number of images. If you would like more images retouched or have images of your own that you want to have printed and need them cleaned up, then retouching is the way to go.
Retouched images are Photoshopped, ready to print or post on-line with a fine tuned contrast, color, and softened blemishes. The retouching is subtle but makes a big difference. Most simple retouches can be done in about a half hour while fixing more extensive issues will take quite a bit longer.
Retouching rate is $80 per hour (billed on the half hour)

To order your gift certificate:
Contact me with your name, the name of the recipient and your budget for the shoot.
I’m happy to chat with you on the phone to come up with the best options for your gift.
All gift certificates are fully customizable with the recipient’s name and a personal message.
Flexible payment options:
- Pay now via check or credit card.
- Pay a deposit now and the balance when the recipient books their shoot.
You will be notified when your gift certificate is redeemed, and you can make your payment one week before the scheduled shoot date.

Additional fees will be charged for:
- Travel outside of 30 miles of photographer’s location
- Any permits or insurance required in the event you specify a shoot location.
- Make up/wardrobe
- Additional staff, studio or location fees.
- Studio lighting brought to location.
- Prints of any shots are available, inquire about rates.
Terms and Conditions
Payment
Payment is due in full on the day of our shoot. In some cases a $200 deposit may be required and must be received at least two weeks prior to your appointment. You may pay by check, cash or credit card via PAYPAL. I use SQUARE to process credit cards the day of your shoot. SQUARE accepts VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. (there is a 3% processing fee on all credit card or PayPal transactions)

Cancellation Policy for Headshots
If you need to cancel your shoot you must do so prior to ONE WEEK of your scheduled shoot time. (Your deposit will be refunded in full, less an 8% bank fee.) Cancellations after ONE WEEK will forfeit any deposit. Clients are allowed to reschedule once per session without penalty provided they do so one week in advance. Any additional requests to reschedule will require an additional $50 fee and must be paid in advance to reserve your new date. Rescheduling due to weather conditions does not count toward your one-time credit.
Copyright information
*Limited Copyright – The client retains limited copyright on all photos to be used for personal promotion only, such as headshots, model portfolios and online profiles. Images may not be sold, published or used for profit. The photographer retains the right to use photos in his portfolio.
*Full Copyright – The photographer will license the images to the client for commercial use. Terms to be negotiated at time of booking.
